  • VIDEO BUNDLE: All game films from the showcase that the player competes in and each athlete will also be run through a Skill Combine/type session that will be filmed and provided to the player. Both the game film and skill clips can then be utilized for the players own personal use with this video bundle. Provided to them via their Recruit Spot account/profile

All athletes in the graduation classes of  2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024 who are interested in playing collegiate field hockey, are eligible to register for College Connection. CC space is limited.
College Connection Showcases are dedicated to providing the three pillars of a successful recruiting process: Education, Video and College Coach Exposure. We ensure this process with the following platform:

  • Education on the recruiting process for both athletes and parents
  • Provide exposure to every NCAA D1, D2 and D3 Collegiate Coach in the country: Athlete Profiles, Showcase Footage and Schedules sent to every NCAA D1, D2, and D3 College Head Coach and Assistant Coach.
  • Additional video and highlight film packages can be provided by First Scout Video Productions for athletes’ and families interested.
  • Allow “Virtual Recruiting” for College Coaches who are unable to make the Showcases.
  • Every athlete receives ALL of their game video footage FREE digitally downloadable game via Recruit Spot
  • A Skills Session directed by the coaching staff, and that film provided free to each athlete via Recruit Spot
  • Top Performers will be selected from each Showcase, allowing athletes the opportunity to be selected for The Under Armour Select Game on July 25th at Boston College.
  • Seminars about recruiting, nutrition and wellness, goal development, and current student athlete panels paint the picture for what it takes to compete at the NCAA level.

College Connection provides every participant with superior visibility to the collegiate coaching community through a variety of competition formats and video. EVERY NCAA college coaches is invited to attend our locations both in-person and virtually. “Advance Lists” of athletes, rosters, teams, profiles and schedules are delivered electronically to college coaches through our partner Coach Packet. Additional recruiting materials are made available to college coaches on site at each location.


All campers are housed in on-campus dormitories supervised by camp staff. A certified athletic trainer is on site 24 hours a day. All meals are served in the on campus Dining Hall located at the University. The first meal is dinner on the opening day of camp, we highly recommend that all campers eat at least one meal prior to the first session.

Participants are permitted to drive to College Connection. For resident participants who drive, all cars must be parked correctly and display our parking pass. Drivers will be required to give their keys to the DIRECTOR for the duration of the program. Resident participants who drive are not permitted to use their vehicles for duration of the program.


FIRST SCOUT VIDEO PRODUCTIONS works directly with the College Connection staff to ensure proper filming of the games.  All games are utilized by Coach Packet for college coaches to refer to post event and remotely during the event. All game film and skill session film will also be sent digitally to each athlete participating through their Recruit Spot profile free of charge.

Athletes also have the opportunity to request specific clips for them to create personalized highlights with First Scout Video if they choose to at an extra cost to produce the highlight clips.

First Scout Video will be the official recruiting video provider at the 2019 College Connection Showcases! In addition to filming all the games and providing the game film to all participants for FREE, they will be offering professional editing of individualized highlights for college recruiting if you choose to purchase that additional service.

If you are staying in the dorm, you are responsible for providing bed linens/towels/toiletries

  • Equipment: sticks, shin guards, cleats and turf shoes or sneakers, mouth guards, sunblock
  • GK Equipment: kickers, leg guards, helmet, throat, chest and pelvic protector, gloves
  • Overnight needs: sheets, blanket, pillow, toiletries, towel, personal items, alarm clock
  • Practice clothes: t-shirts, shorts, socks, rain gear, sweatshirt, sweatpants, etc.
  • Proof of medical physical done in the last year and record of appropriate vaccines


Include the name of your preferred roommate (1 only) on the camp application. Although the College Connection Camp Directors do their best to put you with your preferred roommate, we cannot guarantee one particular roommate due to dorm space and multiple requests for one roommate. Roommate assignments will be communicated at registration. 




Upon receipt of your registration form and deposit, you will receive an email confirmation of your acceptance to camp. This email will include the mandatory Health Form that is due on the first day of camp at Check-in.

Approximately 3 weeks prior to camp, you will receive another email with the details about camp including check in times and what to bring.

It is required that all campers have a physical within the year prior to the start of camp and all immunizations are listed on the medical form with dates of immunizations. College Connection operates in compliance with the State Regulations and Licensing Policies regarding the operation of summer camps.
