All requests for cancellation/refund must be made in writing.
Fees paid, excluding the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the start of your camp session.
No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the start of camp, unless you have purchased cancellation insurance*.
Once a camper checks in, all funds paid are non-refundable. This policy includes homesickness, injury, illness, family commitments, late arrivals or early departures & expulsion from the camp.
If you purchased camp cancellation insurance upon registering, you must provide notice of cancellation no less than 2 days prior to the start of camp to receive tuition reimbursement minus the non-refundable/non-transferable deposits.
Cancelation for a medical reason requires documentation from a physician on official office letterhead. Documentation should be submitted at the time for the written request to avoid delays.
Medical withdrawal will be accepted up to 2 days prior to the start of camp. A full tuition reimbursement minus the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit would be received with this timing and proper documentation.
