Cancelation/Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation/refund must be made in writing to ainslee@threestep.com

Fees paid, excluding the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to the start of your camp session.

No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the start of camp, unless you have purchased cancellation insurance*.

Once a camper checks in, all funds paid are non-refundable. This policy includes homesickness, injury, illness, family commitments, late arrivals or early departures & expulsion from the camp.

* Cancelation Insurance

If you purchased camp cancellation insurance upon registering, you must provide notice of cancellation no less than 2 days prior to the start of camp to receive tuition reimbursement excluding the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit.

Medical Withdrawal

Cancelation for a medical reason requires documentation from a physician on official office letterhead sent to ainslee@threestep.com

Medical withdrawal will be accepted up to 2 days prior to the start of camp. A tuition reimbursement excluding the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be processed.
